how does /ad/ feel about changing jobs? i've worked the same job for the past 5 years, and recently applied and got called back for a similar position at another company. If i hate my current job so much, why the fuck do i feel like now, given the opportunity, i would rather stay than leave? what would /ad/ do?

before you leave, make sure you have at least 5 years. thats considered vested for 401k plans. if you have a better opourtunity at another place, go for it. but dont burn bridges.
