Well it says in the Declaration of Independence that if a government doesn't represent its citizens the citizens can overthrow it. It is important to remember, however, that the Declaration of Independence isn't a legal document. The Constitution takes a different approach to coups and says that if you commit treason by levying war against the government, Congress can choose how to punish you.
Of course, if your rebellion is successful, that shouldn't be a problem. Good luck with that.
