The 'rumor' is that they are in connection with the Illuminati, Freemasonry, and the Nazis. I forget what the 32 stands for but the second 2 is to mean it is the second chapter/organization of said New World Order. Alex Jones has a lot to say about that shit, especially in junction with Locust Grove and other crazy stuff like their rituals involving burning an effigy of an infant in front of a large owl statue called Moloch.
