I personally respect Russia, they have been one of the major powers through most of recent history and are fucking huge which is why they're part of BRIC so chances are they're gonna move up the food chain again.

i dont really fear russia untill china makes a move

while i dont agree with their eco-political systems, i do admire the russian people as historically proud scientists and artisans who have borne the brunt of much extreme suffering and still maintained their core 'russian' heritage and pride. i also have a soft spot for dictatorial regimes, though.

im proud of them.yhey have been defeated by the US and still are really "russian",they dont try to be american like most countries out there.that cool.
