honestly, if were going to get that technical, all zombies would cease to exist in about 3 weeks. It takes about 20 days for the body to completely rot beyond functionality. So a zombie apocalypse would last a little less than a month. That's not taking into account wild animals and scavengers who would love to eat a mindless walking corpse.

No, zombies in Siberia would be bad. First the polarbears would eat them, then you would have polarbear zombies. And the flesh wouldn't rot for years. There's a whale down the beach that washed up in 2006 and it's still there. Very Stinky. You're only hope would be the zombies simply freezing and unable to move, which is possible because skin freezes in 36 seconds at -40. And you need to factor windchill. Long story short, safe 9 the nine months of winter, screwed the 3 months of summer. Bright side, the sun never goes down, so they can't sneak up on you.

I'd have three weapons. Two melee, one pole arm and then probably a machete (gotta be careful about getting that stuck though) and then probably some kinda semi auto carbine. Head shots are the only thing that counts, but I'd get the carbine with an extended clip and a long barrel with a bayonet on the end.
